I’ve been hoarding this beautiful piece of Lapis Lazuli for years, and when I came up with this design, I knew it was the perfect one to use.
I loved learning about ancient Egypt at school, and was lucky enough to visit when I was 8. I recently went back in 2026 and this necklace was made on my return. The design is based on the eye of horus. I wanted to appreciate the ancient Egyptians and their belief that the eye was a powerful symbol of healing and power. There’s something that feels sacred about being there and basking in the mystery of the lands.
Lapis is also known as the stone of wisdom and strongly linked to the throat chakra. A powerful talisman necklace for protection and expression. The Lapis also has beautiful specs of golden pyrite through it making it even more special.
