I am loving mixed metals at the moment, I have always thought gold and silver look great together, so when I had some small pieces of 9ct gold left over, I decided to make some bubble rings. I bought the pink sapphires from Stuart at Nineteen48 who sourced them directly from Sri Lanka, meaning they are fully traceable and the mine to market journey is as short as it possibly can be. He has been working hard for over a decade supporting small artisanal miners, and ensures the miners are paid fairly and looked after.
The ring is handmade and one of one, the band is made from 1.5mm square wire and the 2mm pink sapphire is flush set into the 9ct gold bubble on top. Size L.
