In 2022 I created a collection inspired by the Enso Circle - Inspired by the ancient art of Japanese calligraphy, the Enso circle encompasses life as the whole and the journey within. The circle is drawn in one continuous stroke and takes you to a place where form is void and void is form. It’s a practice that requires your to be fully present.
Four years later, I felt drawn to create a collection inspired by this again. These sterling silver studs are made from 1.5mm square wire, measure 27mm in diameter and come with post and butterfly backs. I have textured the earrings by hand, each individual mark representing the hundreds of memories and moments in life.
