I am loving mixed metals at the moment, I have always thought gold and silver look great together, so when I had some small pieces of 9ct gold left over, I decided to make some bubble rings. I bought the Amethyst from Maira at Gemstones Brazil who sources them directly from her family mine in Brazil, meaning they are fully traceable and the mine to market journey is as short as it possibly can be.
The ring is handmade and one of one, the band is made from 2mm square wire with a hammered finish, and the 1.9mm Amethyst is flush set into the 9ct gold bubble on top. Size M.
